Celeste Young

Celeste Young is a Senior Consultant on Deloitte's U.S. Strategy team, helping to guide corporate strategy for the U.S. firm. Prior to pursuing her MBA, Celeste worked in corporate partnerships at Guild (a social enterprise focused on education) and in consulting at Accenture. Celeste earned her B.A. from Barnard College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where she served as Co-President of LEO Impact Fund.
