Courtney Thompson

Courtney Thompson is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley in the Global Sustainability Office based in New York. As Head of Sustainable Products & Solutions she leads development of innovative sustainable finance products and advice for clients across the firm’s Institutional Securities, Investment Management and Wealth Management divisions. Courtney joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 and previously held roles in strategic advisory at Next Street and in economic consulting at Analysis Group. Courtney earned a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where she served as Co-President of LEO Impact Fund (then Microlumbia).
